1. Private access — do not share

Your account and this site are for your personal use only. Do not share your login, share the site's URL with anyone outside the approved membership, or otherwise give someone else access through your account. This includes forwarding links, screenshots of gated pages, or inviting people to use your session.

Sharing access in any form will result in your account being banned, without warning.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on this site — price data, charts, screener signals, alerts, analysis, or any other feature — is financial, investment, or trading advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make; consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you see here.

3. Data and content are not for resale

The data, charts, and any other content on this site are for your own personal reference only. You may not sell, redistribute, republish, scrape, or otherwise commercialize any information from this site, whether raw or derived.

4. No warranty

This is a hobby project run for a small group, not a commercial product. It's provided "as is," with no guarantee of accuracy, uptime, or that a feature will keep working or keep existing. Data is sourced from public JSE listings and manually entered records, both of which can contain errors.

5. Account termination

Access can be revoked at any time, for any reason, including a violation of these terms (such as sharing access) — no advance notice is required.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
